Our Process

Our company believes that every dispute is unique. As a result, we take the time
to meet with you individually in the initial intake for free. The issues in dispute are discussed and some basic forms are filled out. Any questions will be answered as fully as possible. If the dispute is appropriate for mediation, New Solutions will then contact the other parties in the dispute.

If all parties of the dispute are willing to mediate, a time is set that is convenient
for both parties to begin the mediation process. At the beginning of the mediation session, a general schedule will be worked out. Payment for each session will be done prior to or at the beginning of each session.
